The Partner Development Representative is responsible for recruiting IT Service Providers into the Service Partner Program through high-volume outreach and pipeline management.
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Partner Development Representative to join our Partner Team. You will play a critical role in recruiting IT Service Providers into our Service Partner Program. This is a high-impact, high-volume demand generation role where you’ll be responsible for outreach across multiple channels (email, social media, Zoom, and phone) to engage and onboard new partners.
What You'll Do
- Outreach & Recruitment: Execute high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and virtual meetings to engage prospective IT Service Providers and introduce them to our Service Partner Program.
- Program Positioning: Effectively communicate the value of the Secureframe Service Partner Program, platform, and overall company to potential partners.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to partner sign-up, while tracking all interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Partner Team to align recruitment efforts with broader company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Meet and exceed activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings) and productivity goals (number of new partners signed).
Who We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a high-volume demand generation or business development role.
- Bonus: Experience working with Channel Partners, IT Service Providers, or within the Security sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and convey value quickly.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to tracking activity and success.
