Output Processing Operator - 7385

Description and Requirements
This role is responsible for Operations for the print team and sets-up and operates MICR printers, inserters, folders, and copiers and ensures all outputs are inspected for quality and accuracy and that counts are exact at all times. Will ensure problems are reported to management in timely fashion, assisting in resolution of problems and ensuring internal & external partners receive great customer service via phone, email, and in person. The role will be working 3rd shift- 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process checks, handling requests for special check processing with quick, precise response
• Uses time productively, seeking additional work during slower periods and helps others in meeting commitments
• Maintains all required meter logs, reconciliation logs, postage reports, check inventory logs, etc. ensuring high level of accuracy & attention to detail.
• Has thorough understanding of all procedures dealing with MA&H cancellations. This includes matching, notarizing, mass certified, and affiant responsibilities; also prepares spoiled postage reports and meter replenishments
• Completes all supporting paper documentation according to USPS regulations. Maintains accurate logs pertaining to the mail presort operation; release & distribute all Hardcopy / Mail.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:

• Able to make sound decisions, when necessary, to ensure all commitments are met, taking corrective action with all problems encountered, and complete all special handling requests as directed withing the instructions given.
• Position includes pushing, pulling, lifting. Lifting can be from 20lbs to 50 lbs. Position is considered light industrial.

The salary range for applicants for this position is $41,600.
