The National Placement Director responsible for overseeing the entire process of placing insurance coverage for clients, including managing carrier relationships, identifying the best market options, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth policy execution, effectively acting as the primary point of contact for complex insurance placements within the brokerage firm.
Key responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, risk profiles, and coverage requirements to develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Carrier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple insurance carriers, negotiating rates and coverage terms to secure the best possible options for clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, capacity availability, and competitor activity to identify optimal placement strategies.
- Placement Strategy Development: Develop and execute placement strategies for complex or high-value client accounts, including identifying suitable carriers and negotiating coverage terms.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of insurance placement specialists, providing guidance and support on complex placements.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze client risks and identify potential exposures to ensure appropriate coverage is secured.
- Policy Review and Management: Review policy documents to ensure coverage aligns with client needs and address any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track placement performance metrics, provide reports to senior management on key indicators like renewal rates and placement success. [

- Extensive experience in commercial insurance broking, with a deep understanding of various insurance lines and markets. [
