The Role


Do you have a passion for languages and technology? Join us as the MyVeeva Translations Manager and become the driving force behind our global patient platform! In this dynamic role, you'll combine your tech skills and language expertise to revolutionize how we deliver clinical trial experiences across 80+ languages. You'll automate workflows, collaborate with global teams, and directly impact patients worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end localization workflow for a global product supporting 80+ languages
  • Develop and implement automation solutions for translation processes including string extraction, vendor handoffs, and screenshot packaging
  • Investigate and implement integration opportunities with Translation Management Systems
  • Collaborate with DevOps/Engineering to optimize CI/CD pipelines for translation processes
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams and translation vendors
  • Set and manage clear timelines for translation deliverables across release cycles
  • Create documentation and conduct training on localization best practices for internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with a background in localization engineering or translation project management
  • Technical knowledge of JSON, HTML, CSS, basic scripting, CI/CD tools, and version control systems
  • Experience with translation management systems and strong project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication with proven success managing timelines and documentation

Nice to Have

  • Passion for languages and cultural nuances
  • Previous experience in a localization engineer or project manager role
  • Familiarity with Python for automation tasks
  • Experience supporting global products with diverse language requirements

Compensation

  • Base pay: $90,000 - $130,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
