Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Cloud App Account Executive for our OpCo, Beringer Technology Group. This position will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships within Evergreen Services Group, a group of 80+ technology firms, leveraging key stakeholders and influencers to create sales opportunities with prospective clients. This position will require strong sales execution, business acumen, and relationship building skills.

Your work as a Microsoft Dynamics Cloud App Account Executive will include the following duties:

• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) to new and existing clients.

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and technology firms within the Evergreen Services Group portfolio.

• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

• Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs, leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Microsoft cloud applications.

• Ensure successful client adoption and usage of Microsoft cloud solutions to meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, product development) to deliver seamless client experiences.

• Provide ongoing client support, training, and guidance post-sale to ensure customer success.

• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to offer valuable insights to clients.

• Track and report on key account metrics, including quota attainment, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate and lead sales kickoff calls, ensuring smooth transitions between sales and project teams.

• Actively participate in project retrospectives to identify future opportunities and feedback.

Our ideal Microsoft Dynamics Cloud App Account Executive has the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, ideally within the cloud computing industry.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud applications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate across sales, technical, and product teams.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Business Central Fundamentals) are a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

The targeted base compensation for this role is $90,000-$100,000 per year with commission, making

your OTE around $150,000-$170,000 in your first year. This role is primarily remote aside from occasional travel to client
