The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a dynamic, data-driven marketer who leads with a team-first attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about demand generation, telling Arine’s story, and building relationships through marketing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling messaging, optimize marketing campaigns, and position Arine as a leader in medication intelligence. 

What You'll be Doing:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns and events that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars and social media, to reinforce Arine’s brand voice and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Arine remains an innovator in the space

Who You Are and What You Bring:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and content marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a passion for brand building
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values innovation and adaptability.
  • Deep, applied knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem in the U.S.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field 
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with an eye for detail
  • Independent problem solver with strong analytic abilities
  • Self starter with success working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Natural tendency to be curious and creative

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Ideally a blend of experiences across marketing and clinical pharmacy applications
  • Understanding or direct experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts and applications
  • Experience with startups

Travel and Other Information:

  • Travel approximately 10%

The posted range represents the expected salary for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The salary range for this position is: $95,000-120,000/year.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States

Information Security Roles and Responsibilities:

All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines. Each user is responsible to maintain a secure working environment and follow all policies and procedures. Upon hire, each person is assigned and must complete trainings before access is granted for their specific role within Arine.
