The ideal candidate is someone who can roll up their sleeves to write ad copy or create a webinar page while overseeing the campaign calendar. You are a data-driven enthusiast with a deep understanding of the customer journey and are adept at using platforms like HubSpot to analyze and optimize our marketing initiatives. Problem-solving skills are essential for implementing new, effective tactics while maintaining our current demand generation success. You should be prepared to thrive in a dynamic environment and be driven to find measurable solutions.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in demand generation or as a campaign specialist who is ready to take the next step in overseeing the complete marketing funnel.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and implement omnichannel demand generation campaigns aimed at attracting new qualified leads, nurturing the existing customer base, and delivering tangible value to customers.
  • Design and execute omnichannel campaigns to manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring alignment and timely execution across teams
  • Coordinate with BDRs and Sales teams to ensure marketing strategies effectively support sales goals, focusing on MQL generation and deal creation.
  • Utilize HubSpot to its full potential to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns, aiming for a minimum 3x ROI while testing new channels for scalability.
  • Support Compose.ly’s internal SEO initiatives to make Organic a reliable and consistent demand channel.
  • Support the CRO on marketing initiatives like our podcast and partnerships.
  • Review analytics from Google Ads and social media platforms to assess campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that impact marketing performance using a combination of strategic foresight and tactical execution.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives, upholding brand integrity.
  • Create processes that help us scale, maintaining the flexibility needed to innovate

  • Experienced with a proven track record of campaign strategy, execution, testing, and optimization.
  • A wordsmith that appreciates the value of well-written copy, we are a content company after all.
  • Passionate about design and aesthetics for all marketing assets.

  • Comfortable with data and complex domains. 
  • Highly focused, customer-centric, and willing to set lofty targets you know you can achieve.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and implementing growth marketing strategies for a high-growth B2B agency or brand
  • 2+ years working with Hubspot
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing and Growth Strategy
  • Comfortable with reporting and a bias for a data-driven approach
  • Experience managing campaigns, performance metrics, and budget allocation
  • Ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to continuously maximize opportunities for growth
  • Experience managing internal teams or external/freelance resources
  • Extensive experience utilizing marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahref, Webflow, etc.
