Position Overview: This is a regular, full-time, position which supports all aspects of the List Management Team.  Given initial guidance, the incumbent is expected to function with limited direction and minimal supervision both when performing tasks within the process and when coordinating tasks within and between several departments.  

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with State Boards for different professions to receive rosters 
  • Research state websites for continuing education expirations and rosters 
  • Process data in rosters or lists of licensees, update previous customers and addresses, import data into database 
  • Compile metrics and detailed notes for record keeping 
  • Provide answers to questions and requests from the business units 
  • Maintain and create Excel documents and Google Sheets for past and future metrics 
  • Manipulating and Creating Excel documents and SharePoint sheets as needed 
  • Performing data entry requiring time/accuracy 
  • Creating lists for business units from the customer database 
  • Cross training with other departments 

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • College degree preferred 
  • Experience in data entry or data management (2 years) 
  • Customer service experience very helpful 
  • Focused and meticulous attention to detail for routine, repeated tasks 
  • Computer proficiency in applications of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as web browsers such as Chrome or Internet Explorer required. 
  • Competence in or experience with Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint Docs and Sheets, NetSuite knowledge a plus  
  • Superior written and oral communication skills required 
  • Self-confident and professional when dealing with fellow employees, state boards, and business units 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate status updates as needed 
  • Strong functional and task management skills  
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously 
  • Superior work ethic and professional attitude required
