Position Overview:


The Marketing Intern will report to the Associate Director of Marketing and will be responsible for supporting all of Endpoint offerings on a global scale. This role will communicate effectively with marketing, BD, Account, Sales, Project, & Leadership teams to generate optimal strategies to drive global business, which include solution positioning, content calendar, assets, and promotions for all different market segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Use Salesforce & Pardot marketing platforms, social media platforms and Google Platforms to create, reach, and convert customers and prospects
  • Utilize Google Analytics & Looker Studio and other data sources to identify opportunities and insights
  • Collaborate with Sales, BD, Product and other teams to uncover new avenues for revenue, leads and / or engagement
  • Assist in execution of marketing campaigns, utilizing e-Mail, social, & paid media, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and objectives
  • Assist in gathering market research and competitive intel to identify opportunities, trends, insights and planning
  • Collaborate with sales and business development to develop marketing materials and update sales enablement tools
  • Schedule and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with all campaign support
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytic tools to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the marketing department with administrative tasks and day-to-day marketing operations

Education:

  • Current senior enrolled in a Marketing or similar degree program

Experience:

  •  0-2 years’ experience in marketing. Relevant course work will be considered. 

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to learn, be mentored, and improve
  • Desire to contribute and improve existing and new marketing projects
  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Desire to learn and teach others about Digital Marketing
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing channels such as e-Mail, website, SEM, social media and display advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms (SEM Rush, Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, SFDC, Pardot, Hotjar, Hootsuite, Power BI, Ad Cloud, LinkedIn Ad Manager, etc)
