About the Role

As a Marketing Data Analyst at Jasper, you will play a key role in reporting and analysis. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales to create and streamline reports, conduct ad hoc analysis, and establish best practices for BI. 

This fully remote role reports to the Sr. Manager of Decision Science and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental U.S.

 What you will do at Jasper 

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Mode dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, clean and actionable visualizations,  and clear documentation.

  • Partner with stakeholders across teams to improve data accessibility, enhance self-serve reporting, and provide insights that drive business decisions.

  • Debug queries, triage data issues, and proactively identify gaps in reporting and analysis.

  • Take ownership of projects from start to finish, delivering timely insights with minimal oversight.

  • Support ad hoc analyses and broader Decision Science initiatives to scale data-driven decision-making across the company.

What you will bring to Jasper 

  • Experience in Marketing Analytics, ideally with a focus on performance marketing and campaign analysis.

  • 4+ years of experience in a BI or Data Analyst role.

  • Deep expertise in SQL, with a strong ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries.

  • A proven ability to create clean, actionable, and visually compelling dashboards and reports.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Enthusiasm for BI, data visualization, and leveraging data to drive impact.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected range for this role is $130,000-$140,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
