RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with design team (printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, and website programmers) on brainstorming, creative strategies, while balancing design & production workflow
• Support the Creative Director to develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues
• Develop concepts for and design all company materials, including direct mail, ads, postcards, newsletters, flyers, invitations, vouchers, coupons, brochures, eblasts, website, PPTs, case studies, white papers, etc
• Manage and maintain graphic files, including company logos, photos and art
• Meet all deadlines set by the department supervisor and other company management
• Maintain a consistent design strategy across all components in a given program

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience with design
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design
• Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma & working knowledge of HTML
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to time management and organizational skills
• Graphic design skills with deep knowledge of printing processes and basic HTML
• Experience with interactive and web design
• Strong creative conceptual skills and ability to communicate those ideas effectively
• Proven history juggling multiple projects/tasks, producing quality work and meeting deadlines
• Well-developed typography skills
