We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Product Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will manage content review processes, maintain compliance documentation, and provide regulatory oversight for marketing and product materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to enable adherence to legal requirements while supporting Zoom's fast-paced innovation.

About the Team:

In this role, you will be part of a talented and dedicated legal team that supports Zoom's Product, Marketing, Privacy and Security legal and compliance functions. This team provides comprehensive legal support to drive business objectives in support of Zoom's product, marketing, engineering, and security teams across a wide range of AI-first collaboration platform products.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners in legal and marketing to manage systems, processes, and guidelines relevant to the legal review of marketing assets including queue management and marketing contract tracking systems

  • Work with internal partners and stakeholders to prioritize marketing legal review submissions, ensuring timelines are met and materials are approved on time

  • Work closely with the marketing teams to communicate priorities and confirming that submissions are consistent and accurate to enable a seamless review process

  • Assist our attorneys in reviewing marketing materials for compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines. Apply disclaimers and collaborate with legal and marketing colleagues to understand new and changing regulatory requirements

  • Develop products expertise in order to provide effective and efficient compliance support concerning time-sensitive product releases

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing compliance documentation including disclaimer and claim guidance based on legal and marketing colleagues feedback

  • Monitor regulatory updates and draft audience-appropriate communications to support cross-functional teams in implementing regulatory requirements

  • Manage closure of all projects and final asset storage to ensure proper documentation and audit preparation

  • Communicate required changes and statuses to internal partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Marketing or related field with 3+ years compliance experience

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes, with experience in documentation systems

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, including proficiency with collaboration tools

  • Superior communication skills and proven ability to work effectively across teams

  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with internal stakeholders

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
