Ready to Be a Titan?

At ServiceTitan, our mission is to champion the trades, and our websites play a pivotal role in achieving that goal. We’re hiring a Marketing Analyst to join our Web Team and help drive data-informed decisions across our digital ecosystem. This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact by delivering insights that fuel our demand generation efforts and enhance user experiences across servicetitan.com, fieldroutes.com, and youraspire.com.

If you’re passionate about data analysis, building intuitive dashboards, and working with cutting-edge tools in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be at the forefront of delivering actionable insights to drive web optimization and support marketing initiatives. You’ll build and maintain dashboards that enable stakeholders to track performance and make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with the Demand Generation team to fulfill requests for data updates, create new visualizations, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you’ll dive into root cause analysis to address challenges and identify impactful solutions. Your work will contribute to optimizing website performance and enhancing the overall user experience.

In practice, that means you will:

  • Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards using Amplitude and other visualization tools to track website performance and optimize campaigns.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Fulfill dashboard update requests and create new dashboards to meet the needs of cross-functional partners.

  • Problem-Solving & Diagnosis: Investigate root causes of performance trends by analyzing structured and unstructured data, applying principles of causation vs. correlation to provide actionable insights.

  • Data Exploration & Optimization: Use analytics tools like Amplitude, Microsoft Clarity, or FullStory to uncover opportunities to improve website performance and user engagement.

  • Web Optimization Collaboration: Partner closely with the Web Team to integrate insights into website optimization strategies and contribute to testing and experimentation efforts.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

  • Proficiency in Amplitude is preferred; Tableau or other BI tools are a plus.

  • Familiarity with Segment or similar customer data platforms (CDPs).

  • Behavioral analytics platform experience (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, FullStory).

  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify actionable insights from complex data.

  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivots, formulas, and scripts).

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Curiosity, a growth mindset, and a passion for leveraging data to solve problems.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with B2B or B2C audiences in a high-growth environment.

  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies in web optimization.

Be Human With Us:

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
