About This Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll spearhead the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex manufacturing projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects meet stringent specifications, adhere to safety standards, and exceed customer expectations. You'll act as the central point of communication, fostering collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, driving projects to successful outcomes. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver high-quality electrical equipment, contributing significantly to our company's growth and reputation. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving project excellence. This is a full-time position.
What You’ll Be Working On:

Project Planning and Execution: Set realistic project goals, develop comprehensive strategies, and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, procurement, production, and accounting teams to align project activities and resolve issues.

Customer Communication and Management: Develop and execute effective communication strategies, providing regular updates to both internal teams and external clients.

Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to team members, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and efficient execution.

Resource Management: Identify and allocate necessary internal and external resources to ensure project success.

Risk Mitigation: Identify and monitor risks early, communicate them clearly to stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts.

Financial Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, monitor invoicing milestones, and report to the accounting team.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement tools and techniques for task distribution, performance evaluation, and overall project efficiency.

Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with design specifications, operational standards, and safety regulations (ISO 9001:2015).
What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Project Management Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing projects within the electrical equipment, data center, or technical commercial construction and manufacturing industry.

Independent Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Manufacturing Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing scheduling and related factors that can impact project timelines.

Engineering Design Understanding: Efficient ability to read and review engineering drawings to confirm specifications, coordinate manufacturing processes, and collaborate on designs.

Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills to drive projects forward.

Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and influence peers, ensuring collaborative project execution.

Customer Management: Experience with customer management and communication, maintaining positive client relationships while managing realistic expectations.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office for effective project documentation and communication. Exposure to scheduling programs such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Monday.com.

Safety and Compliance: This position is designated as a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.

Compensation:
Compensation will be in the range of $70,000 - $85,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
