We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager, Compensation to drive key initiatives in compensation, benefits, and HR operations. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing our Total Rewards strategy while ensuring our People Operations processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our company goals.

What you'll do:Total Rewards

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Lead annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and equity awards.
  • Partner with external vendors to evaluate and optimize benefit offerings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Develop and deliver clear communication to employees about Total Rewards programs.

People Operations

  • Streamline and improve HR processes, systems, and workflows to support a seamless employee experience.
  • Oversee HRIS management, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT, to optimize payroll, compliance, and other operational processes.
  • Support key People team initiatives, such as talent reviews, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Leadership and Strategy

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of People, providing insights and recommendations on Total Rewards and operational strategies.
  • Partner with People team leaders to drive alignment on organizational goals and priorities.
  • Provide mentorship and support to HR team members, fostering their development and growth.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, or related HR functions, preferably in a software or tech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, including global programs.
  • Expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, Dayforce) and process optimization.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of developing talent and fostering collaboration.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP) a plus.

The expected base salary range for this position is $123,000-$157,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team during the interview process.
