Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Manager, OCPO Enablement to join our Office of the Chief People Officer team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Office of the Chief People Officer/Global People enablement products, such as our Global People Microsite, School of HR courses, and People Awards, and support of enterprise-wide initiatives under the direction of the Senior Director, Global People Strategy. This role will also drive enablement of our People Leadership Team and broader Global People team through engaging communications and events (in partnership with our COEs and Corporate Communication teams).
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers a great opportunity for growth and exposure across Global People and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Global People Team microsite, keeping it as the central hub for the team, including:
    • Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our team site.
    • Ensure the site is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
    • Market and drive adoption to the site, including site analytics and user feedback to drive enhancements.
    • Develop process documentation and updating as needed to support consistent and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the School of HR's learning and development initiatives.
    • Enable the vision and roadmap for the School of HR in partnership with our GLD team.
    • Develop and implement training programs and materials that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices, including ownership of the Knowledge Bites training track for HRBPs.
    • Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs, using data to drive improvements.
  • Manage the planning, execution, communication, and evaluation of the Global People Awards program.
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote engagement and participation across the organization.
    • Coordinate the nomination, selection, and award distribution processes.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the program aligns with organizational values and objectives.
    • Track program metrics and gather feedback to refine and improve future awards cycle.
  • Support ad hoc Global People needs that support enterprise-wide initiatives.
    • Provide light project management support, as needed.
    • Develop creative campaigns and content to support key initiatives.
    • Develop and implement communication and change management materials with the support of COEs and Corporate Communications.
    • Engage in cross functional working sessions/meetings.
  • Drive visibility and engagement across the Global People organization and leadership team, including identifying ways to optimize enablement processes, event management support, partnering with creative agencies to build and develop content, and other ad hoc needs as they arise.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $111,700 - $195,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
