Overview:

LivePerson is seeking a highly analytical and strategic  Manager, GTM Operations and Analytics to play a pivotal role in enabling our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Vice President of GTM Strategy, Strategic Operations, and Sales Acceleration, this individual will own revenue insights and forecasting, drive pipeline and forecast accuracy, and deliver actionable metrics that empower sales leaders and stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in business intelligence, advanced analytics expertise, and proficiency in Power BI.

You will: 

Revenue Insights and Forecasting:

  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the sales forecasting process, and ensure a high degree of forecast accuracy
  • Conduct detailed pipeline health analyses and deliver insights on risks, opportunities, and revenue trends.

Pipeline Metrics and Analytics:

  • Manage pipeline metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor sales performance.
  • Support the cadence for pipeline reviews, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

KPI and Dashboard Ownership:

  • Establish dashboards to track GTM KPIs to measure performance across sales, customer success, and operations.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, leaderboards, and reporting tools in Power BI to enable real-time visibility for stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis, insights and trends.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align reporting and metrics with corporate goals and strategy.

Forecast and Process Accuracy:

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure forecast accuracy and consistency across geographies and segments.
  • Drive improvements to forecasting processes and tools to increase predictability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align reporting and insights across functions.
  • Support key strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.


You have:

  • Minimum of 7 years in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operations, with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Prior experience working in a GTM or revenue operations team within a technology company.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodologies or similar framework
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, especially MEDDPICC, and experience embedding these frameworks into sales processes.
  • Proven track record of managing customer engagement models and sales enablement programs that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting sales development, account discovery, and field marketing alignment, with a focus on prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing teams, especially in a sales support or enablement function.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and clients.
  • High degree of business acumen and a strong focus on customer value.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

     Technical Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and complex modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with BI tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and GTM strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives for senior leaders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Benefits: 

The salary range for this role will be between $108,000 to $142,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. During the phone screening, your recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
