Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

Revivn is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the logistics team and function within a high-growth start-up environment. The ability to embrace ambiguity, present data in an organized manner, communicate effectively, and learn new tools will be critical for success in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Delight clients by ensuring professional, efficient and stress-free tech collections
  • Schedule and track global pickups, ensure everything runs on time
  • Build and maintain great relationships with logistics partners, ITAD vendors, and freight providers
  • Keep reporting on point—accurate data entry for costs, dates, and item counts
  • Spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and help automate processes
  • Find and onboard new logistics partners to expand coverage and improve service
  • Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and create seamless operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a client-facing or logistics role (or a knack for organization and problem-solving)
  • Strong multitasking skills—able to juggle priorities without dropping the ball
  • Great communicator who can set expectations and find solutions
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and learning new tools
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to dive in and make things better
  • West coast working hours

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. Revivn does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

At Revivn, we prioritize transparency about our salary throughout the entire recruitment process. Be prepared to chat about compensation on your initial screen so that we can ensure alignment. If salary expectations and ranges are out of sync, we believe it is kind to respect everyone’s time and may discontinue conversations.

But, here at Revivn, we ALSO believe in investing in the lifetime value of each individual we meet and interact with. (We love knowing good humans and supporting them in whatever they do). We know that if it isn’t a good fit at the moment, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it won’t be a good fit in the future as we both continue to grow! We work to remain in contact with prospective candidates if the recruitment process ends early on.

For all job openings, we consider candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. The base range for a Logistics Coordinator is expected to be $60,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
