Skills

    • Python programming (object-oriented principles)
    • Experience with large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI GPT or Hugging Face
    • LangChain for language model integration and workflow orchestration
    • Natural language processing (NLP) and AI concepts
    • Data preprocessing techniques
    • Model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation
    • API development and integration for machine learning models
    • Cloud platforms (AWS)
    • Machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras)
    • Deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and FastAPI
    • Nice to have: scikit-learn for building and deploying machine learning models


Our hiring process

First, you’ll have a 30 minute interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. This is a chance to talk about your expectations, career growth, our culture, benefits and the way we invest in developing our team. The next part is a code challenge and technical interview with one of our senior developers. Lastly, you will meet our client who you would be working with once you join Tango. We expect this process to take no more than 3 weeks.
