The Engagement Marketing team is seeking a results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our B2B2C digital marketing vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in user engagement and lifecycle marketing. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our enrollment and engagement  campaigns through Braze, ensuring they are data-driven, visually compelling, and customer-focused.


In this role, you will work with our product and customer success teams to maximize enrollment in Color’s program , and maximize the level of engagement of enrolled participants regularly in the program. You will deeply understand our user behaviors, segment them based on what nudge strategies effectively get them to take action on their health, and ideate and execute on campaigns that reflect these understandings and help grow our end-to-end communication strategy with end-users.


Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience using Braze.
  • Proficient in email design and campaign set-up in Braze. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools to measure and optimize performance.
  • Experience crafting and executing digital and multichannel  strategies to drive engagement, including webinars, in-product outreach, text and email.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective campaign execution and drive tool optimizations.
  • Experience with user segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
  • Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, translating to the ability to write concise and creative copy for a variety of campaigns 
  • A passion for healthcare, technology, and making a positive impact on people's lives is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Healthcare B2B2C healthcare marketing experience
  • Experience using behavioral health and nudge theory to drive user engagement
  • Experience working on in-product notifications
  • Experience working with Metabase, Google Suite

Base Salary Range: $115-140,000.00/year 


The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
