  • Customer-centricity: Engage with and support users to maximize the value they derive from Hebbia in credit-legal contexts
  • Product Development: Bring the voice of both lawyers and credit professionals to our product and engineering teams, shaping the future of the product for their specialized use cases
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engagement Managers and other teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Hebbia's solutions
  • Knowledge Sharing: Democratize learnings across teams and contribute to the development of best practices for credit-legal AI applications

Who You Are

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a legal setting, preferably a leading law firm with a robust finance practice
  • Extensive experience with drafting, editing, and reviewing complex credit agreements
  • Additional experience or strong understanding of credit investing, bankruptcy court cases, leveraged finance, or restructuring
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate complex terminology
  • Strong grasp of AI and its applications in both legal and financial services spaces
  • Innate bias towards action and impact, thriving in a nimble and fast-paced environment

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $170,000 and $210,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, daily catered lunch, and unlimited PTO.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
