As a Lead Workday Financials Reporting & Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our 100+ Americas AMS clients transform their Workday experience through the revision and creation of Workday reports and analytical tools based on both customer requirements and our own capability best practices.
You will work as part of a delivery team responsible for cases for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries. You will quickly become a specialist within your field, providing mentorship and oversight to more junior team members.
You will join the team with experience in the following areas: Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting. This role is vital in transforming customers’ Workday data into information that can drive their business decisions.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Workday Financials

Lead customers through requirements gathering, configuration and testing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete customer requirements

Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
-
Build relationships with our client base of 100+ clients
-
Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics

Plan own workload and meet customer deadlines
-
Lead the Financials Reporting workstream and mentor more junior resources on the team

Deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements

Improve internal capability initiatives within the Financials Reporting workstream
We're looking for someone with:

Workday Financials Certification
-
Workday Reporting Certification
-
3+ years in Workday Financials roles
-
Strong knowledge of Workday Financials and Report Writer

Experience in Post-Production Services in Workday
-
Strong experience in configuring complex Calculated Fields
-
Strong experience in Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reporting
-
Experience leading a Financials Reporting project is desirable
