Overview:
Services within Mastercard is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments, both now and in future. We ensure that transactions and interactions are safe, simple and smart. The Cyber Security & Risk Product organization within Services is responsible for developing and managing cyber security solutions that help build trust in the Mastercard ecosystem while increasing Mastercard’s posture as a leader in the cybersecurity industry. Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
Mastercard’s RiskRecon portfolio includes a suite of products that deliver the ratings, insights, and capabilities that enterprises need to manage risk within their own organization and their supply chain. This portfolio includes offerings like RiskRecon, a leading risk ratings platform, and Threat Protection for DDoS mitigation, WAF, and bot protection, as well as threat intelligence for internal and external sources. We are seeking a strong Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with colleagues around the world to help Mastercard grow as a market-leading cybersecurity company.
Role:
•Lead and manage scrum teams within the Agile framework, fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued during key ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) for effective collaboration and sprint success.
•Be the first point of contact for your team(s). Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, plans, and escalations with the ability to communicate with confidence 2+ levels up.
•Management of project resources, capacity planning, testing, defects (internal and external), execution and release planning all while maintaining a positive relationship with project team and key stakeholders.
•Monitor project teams to ensure that they are moving successfully toward project delivery targets and features, which includes but are not limited to Risks, Issues, Blockers and Dashboard reporting. Development & Maintenance of project artifacts as required.
•Ability to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of designs (data integrity in ALM Rally, scalability, latency, security, performance, etc.)
All About You
•Agile certified and/or PMP, with extensive hands-on experience leading complex initiatives,
•Ability to break down challenges, organize work, plan sprints utilizing Agile methodologies while always looking for potential solutions to solve problems.
•Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and respect across all levels.
•Expert level understanding of ALM Rally, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft tools, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and manage project priorities effectively.
•Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing teams.
•Data-Driven decision-making with a focus on continuous improvement, creating space for growth and development for all team members.
•Ability to clearly explain technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with confidence.
