Who we are

Attentive is seeking a strategic and data-savvy Lead Product Manager to spearhead our Predictive Intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will drive the enhancement of Attentive's core predictive user models and democratize access to predictive data across our platform. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to deliver more performant, intelligent marketing campaigns through advanced data capabilities.   • Lead the strategy and roadmap for improving the prediction power of Attentive's core user models
  • Create intuitive interfaces for clients to leverage predictive insights in segmentation, reporting, and consumer profiles
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to enhance model accuracy, reliability, and impact
  • Establish a process to set clear success metrics and validation methodologies for model improvements the organization can leverage to accelerate our modeling efforts
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling positioning for predictive capabilities

About you

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with AI/ML, with a track record of crafting effective product roadmaps, driving cross-org alignment, and shipping quickly. Preference for individuals with Marketing CRM experience
  • Strong understanding of data science concepts and machine learning fundamentals
  • You are able to manage difficult tradeoffs - quickly evaluating the situation and options and driving internal alignment
  • You measure your success through shipped full products and can point to specific examples where you have owned a high-impact release from discovery through scaling revenue
  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller (written & verbal), both with technical and non-technical audiences

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full time position is $173,200 - $230,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
