This Role


We are seeking a seasoned Lead Marketing Operations Manager to join our remote team in the Americas (AMER). In this role, you will oversee and optimize marketing KPIs, manage key marketing systems, deliver valuable data insights, and lead a team of marketing professionals. As a key leader in the Marketing Operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our marketing efficiency and effectiveness while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing operations strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define marketing goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of marketing operations initiatives to drive growth and improve efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze marketing performance using attribution insights to provide clear, data-driven reports on the ROI of campaigns across channels and touch points.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Marketing Systems Management:
  • Administer and maintain key marketing systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and features of marketing technologies to optimize their usage.
  • System and Reporting Requirements:
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand complex reporting needs and system requirements.
  • Architect and deploy scalable, efficient reporting solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Continuously refine and enhance reporting frameworks to drive superior marketing performance and decision-making.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify, design, and implement high-impact process improvements.
  • Develop and streamline workflows to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Lead regular audits and evaluations to maintain the highest standards of data quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles, with a strong understanding of SaaS KPIs and business drivers.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Curiosity, always asking questions and trying to find answers for problems that other people can't see.
  • Exceptional project management and process optimization skills and takes ownership.
  • 5+ years experience with Marketo
  • Strong experience with a BI platform such as Thoughtspot, Sigma or Looker
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Customer.io.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to think and act on a global scale.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Must be located in the Americas (AMER).
