In this role as the lifecycle marketing team’s owner of the caregiver customer journey, you’ll play a critical part in our mission to empower caregivers to be successful entrepreneurs.  You’ll own key touchpoints and campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.—and ultimately deeper connections with care seekers. This is a truly hybrid role: Collaborating with our product, data, creative, brand, and performance marketing teams, you’ll advocate for ensuring we have the right data to  to power—and measure—personalized messages in the optimal channels at the right time, and be able to tell the big picture story of your work’s impact to senior leadership and the larger business.

What Your Days Will Be Like:

  • End-to-end lifecycle journey management: Execute and refine lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, site) to drive retention by showcasing membership features and benefits. To do this you’ll work closely with our lifecycle operations team on delivering dynamic touchpoints and segmented journeys.
  • Wearing the “product hat”: Collaborate with the provider product team to accomplish shared KPIs on conversion, onboarding and drive product feature awareness, and mobile app adoption/utilization by: , 
    • Owning requirements for optimizing existing communications, launching new communications and workflows to merchandise jobs, and educating caregivers on what they need to do to succeed on Care.com.
    • Maintaining a source-of-truth lifecycle journey map.
    • Partnering with product managers and engineers to get new customer behavior data from our core platform into our marketing automation system to drive more personalized campaigns.
  • Testing and experimentation: You’ll own and optimize more than 20+ existing lifecycle & behavioral journeys through  iterative experimentation, communicating wins and learnings for our KPIs. 
  • Acting as a voice of the caregiver: Work with our brand designers, copywriters, and consumer insights teams to craft messaging that reinforces the value props that inspire caregivers to action. This includes writing detailed strategic briefs for multi-channel campaigns and providing feedback for finalizing deliverables..
  • Data storytelling: Maintain and curate recurring reporting and dashbboards  that help the business understand performance to goal.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 7-10 years of lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing experience and end-to-end campaign management - from conception to execution and everything in between.
  • A dynamic and critical thinker who understands the broader macro view of business objectives, but  skilled at managing detailed projects to completion
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making
  • You can lead with influence by proactively communicating your ideas and a plan for how to bring them to life. 
  • You thrive in an agile, test-and-learn environment, you’re curious and inquisitive by nature and can advocate for—and adopt— new marketing solutions as needed.
  • Strong project management background; experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute projects.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently while under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments.
  • Experience working within marketing automation software (bonus if you have Iterable experience
  • Preferred BA/BS

Location and Working Environment - This is a hybrid position. Qualified candidates will be located in Dallas Texas and be open to a 3 day in office working schedule. We have offices in Uptown Dallas

Salary Range:  $115,000 to 135,000

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
