Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH is seeking an IT Support Technician who will work as a member of the internal end-user support desk in IT Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve computing and access issues for internal and external DISH employees
- Leverage ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory, WorkspaceOne, and many other tools to provide support and solutions to the enterprise
- Provide support for Windows computers, Mac computers, tablets, and mobile devices such as Android phones and iPhones
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree +1 year of relevant work experience
Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on follow-through, follow-up, and effective communication.
- Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and a commitment to resolving issues correctly the first time.
- Ability to manage, track, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven history of exceeding ticket closure goals and accurately documenting troubleshooting steps.
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac systems with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Team player with high energy, motivation, and the ability to think quickly and adapt to challenges.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, ServiceNow, and G Suite administration.
- Technical documentation skills and enterprise-level Mac OS support experience.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $19.32/Hour - $25.19/Hour
