The role will report to the VP of IT Business Solutions & Innovation and play a critical role in the success of the information technology department by working with cross-functional businesses to coordinate logistics for project team leads and functional areas as needed.  The intern will be part of a team focusing on business and solution design and will be involved in various activities to help gain important knowledge and experience of SAP end to end projects.

Job Responsibilities:

· The SAP intern will work with the SAP core team to support the execution of business processes and support all functional areas as needed.  Implementing process and design improvements and creating standard job instructions.  Assist in enhancing existing technical documentation and training materials.  The intern may also perform special projects with functional and technical leads and aid in the development and management of functional specifications.  May perform daily monitoring of requests for IT and analyze defects raised to provide recommendation to users.  Create and track work plans and coordinate with teams to ensure action items are completed.  Perform general administrative activities in SAP, creating ad-hoc reporting using SAP tools and MSExcel, and troubleshooting production-related issues.  Must have the ability to communicate (written and verbal) is imperative.  Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams is also required.

Required Qualifications:

· Must hold a relevant degree, or should be working towards completion of a relevant degree, such as Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business with emphasis on Technology.  Proficiency in MSOffice especially MS Excel.

Familiarity with IT terminology, ERP, documentation, business processes and technical writings.  Ability to handle multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.  Self-driven with attention to detail, resourceful and proactive.  Must have a strong interest in emerging technologies. SAP Certifications and knowledge of tools like Asana, SharePoint, Jira are nice to have.

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$33.00+
