About the Role

This is a 6 month contract with potential to hire option

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate key IT initiatives following a recent acquisition. This role will be responsible for managing multiple IT projects, including MDM rollout, antivirus updates for new users, application rationalization, and provisioning of company applications for 1,000 users. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, is skilled in change management, and ensures smooth deployments through testing and hyper-care support plans.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Coordination:
    • Lead IT projects related to the acquisition, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing risks and dependencies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across global time zones.
  • MDM Rollout & Device Management:
    • Oversee the deployment of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to all acquired users.
    • Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in device provisioning.
  • Security & Antivirus Updates:
    • Manage the implementation of antivirus updates for all new users post-acquisition.
    • Coordinate with security teams to ensure compliance and proper rollout.
  • Application Rationalization & Provisioning:
    • Assess existing applications and determine a consolidation strategy.
    • Oversee provisioning and access control for company applications.
    • Work with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Change Management & Communication:
    • Develop clear communication plans for impacted users and stakeholders.
    • Ensure change adoption through training, documentation, and user engagement.
    • Proactively address challenges and drive smooth transitions.
  • Testing, Deployment, & Hyper-Care Support:
    • Define testing plans to ensure successful deployment.
    • Coordinate deployment schedules and minimize disruptions.
    • Provide post-implementation support through structured hyper-care plans.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in a SaaS or acquisition integration environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM solutions, security tools, and SaaS application management.
  • Experience managing global projects across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to manage change management, testing, and deployments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or PMP methodologies is a plus.

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $54.33 and $75.88. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
