The Team:

The Celonis Ecosystem team drives the digitalization of consulting by partnering with the leading Strategy Consulting, Professional Services, System Integration, and Outsourcing firms such as McKinsey, Accenture, IBM, KPMG, PwC, and EY to drive value for our joint customers and extend Celonis’ market presence. 

The Ecosystem Strategy, Programs, and Platform team specifically works closely with leaders across the organization to derive the right partner strategy, set up and steer company-wide programs to achieve our targets, and coordinate various global Ecosystem initiatives with our partners. The team is truly internal and spread over many of our global offices. 

The Role:

You will be an essential part of a high-performance team, working with high-level stakeholders at the intersection of strategy definition and execution, collaborating with various Celonis departments like Ecosystem, Partner Management, Value Engineering, Sales, Product, and many more.

Your work will directly contribute to the growth and smooth operations of the Celonis Ecosystem business, and with a focus on strategic and operational impact, you’ll gain exposure to Celonis’ technology, software sales, the consulting business, and high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

In day-to-day operations, your main stakeholders will be Celonis’ Senior Director of Ecosystem Strategy, Ecosystem Program Managers and Ecosystem Solution Managers.

The work you’ll do:

  • Work in an innovative, dynamic, and international environment 
  • Coordinate and steer internal programs and initiatives across departments like partner management, operations, sales, and ecosystem
  • Support the development of global ecosystem strategies, define implementation measures, and guide strategy execution across our business regions
  • Aiding the continuous evolution and administration of our partner program, commercial C4C programs, etc., incl. CRM setup, process definition and refinement
  • Hands-on development, maintenance, and distribution of internal and external materials for the Ecosystem organization and our partnerships
  • Contribute to partner-facing events and communications like Celosphere, Partner Kick-Offs, webinars, mailings and partner adoption events
  • Guide partner solution development and technology adoption via the various partner teams.

The qualifications you need:

  • Student in business, management, economics, IT, business informatics, or a related field with outstanding performance 
  • Previous experience in consulting firms, startups, or the software industry is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill data from various sources (Salesforce, Excel, etc.) and drive actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Hands-on problem solver with the ability to create structure and develop outcome-driven solutions.
  • Enjoys working with cross-functional teams on a wide range of complex projects

The base pay range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base pay and sick time off. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
