Our Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for aspiring business leaders to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business development and strategy. Interns will work on assignments that contribute to the company's goals and objectives, gaining valuable insights into the industry.
Responsibilities:
The Digital Operations team under STO is revamping itself for cloud native applications using the Digital Health Services. As part of that revamp, the Customer Success function (Customer adoption) also needs to be revamped as currently, various teams in GEHC work differently with customers on change management and application adoption. To ensure we benchmark our internal structure and process with industry standard processes, the intern will benchmark industry practices and work on a structure we can follow.
As an Intern, you will:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and create reports to inform decision-making.
- Participate in meetings and presentations with senior leadership.
- Support the development of marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a passion for business development.
Desired Characteristics:
- Currently pursuing an MBA from an accredited institution.
- Previous work (projects/ roles in previous organizations) in business development, consulting, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Duration: 12 weeks
- Location: Greater Milwaukee, WI area; remote opportunities may be available.
