The role

The Creative Studio at SoFi is looking for a talented interactive designer to join our best-in-class in-house agency and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our rapidly growing brand. You’ll partner with web producers, project managers, copywriters, and art directors to design beautiful, engaging, and functional landing pages for SoFi.com across desktop web and mobile. We’re looking for someone who is driven, forward-thinking, and nimble enough to collaborate with your creative partners on messaging as well as visual design. You’ll be joining a supportive, fun team culture of creative people excited to come to work every day in order to help people get their money right.

What you’ll do:

  • Own end-to-end concept, design, and production for marketing landing pages across SoFi.com.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web producers, engineers, and product marketers to deliver high quality designs.
  • Help test, iterate, and optimize designs across our site, working with our marketing, web, and development teams to consistently deliver and improve business results.
  • Evolve and expand our visual language and capabilities on SoFi.com by developing new, effective layouts and web components
  • Champion the SoFi brand and user experience, and help shape SoFi’s brand narrative.
  • Present designs to stakeholders and iterating based on feedback

What you’ll need:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in visual design, user experience, and/or interactive design.
  • Ability to ideate, wireframe, and prototype for the web. 
  • Good understanding of responsive design,  thinking mobile-first.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate on different web design options based on stakeholder and creative feedback 
  • Very comfortable collaborating with copywriters, product marketers, product designers, brand strategists, and other cross functional partners. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also supporting the larger team.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with tight timelines while producing high-quality work.
  • Proficient in design software and tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • A strong, well-rounded portfolio full of beautiful, yet functional, work that demonstrates the ability to deliver business results.

Nice to have:

  • A good grasp of HTML, CSS, and other technical knowledge.
  • Experience in creating effective marketing pages and collateral.
  • Awesome written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
