Fullsteam's Integration Project Manager must be detail-oriented and proactive to enhance project execution efficiency by ensuring tasks are completed on time by team resources, identifying/mitigating risks, and delivering clear stakeholder communications.  This role is responsible for welcoming new business units to Fullsteam, ensuring they are introduced to each Fullsteam department, and harmonizing their team and customers to adapt to Fullsteam strategies, business processes, and systems to drive focus, accountability, and alignment. The ideal candidate will be able to work cross-functionally, have a strong project management background, and have experience with system integration and operational process improvement projects.

This role is responsible for the success of all assigned business unit integrations throughout their lifecycle.  Success is achieved by ensuring new business units quickly adopt the strategies, processes, and systems of all Fullsteam departments to ensure investment goals are met/exceeded to IGNITE additional revenue for Fullsteam.

Candidate would ideally be located within Atlanta, GA but remote candidates will be considered with the right qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains responsibility for the delivery of projects within the agreed upon schedule with an emphasis on quality and achievement of business goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Identifies and escalates potential risks/issues to ensure the appropriate people are notified and actions are being taken to address.
  • Leads integration review meetings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Refine workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement best practices.
  • Support business transformation efforts by collaborating with operations and driving alignment across teams.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, operations, and accounting teams to develop and deliver training across departments and business units for the new systems.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leadership, to ensure alignment and successful migration.
  • Drive and foster a positive organizational culture by exemplifying and promoting our core values and behaviors, ensuring alignment with company standards, and nurturing an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Project Management experience managing enterprise-wide projects.
  • Knowledge of core business systems (CRM, ERP, billing tools) and business operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including visualization techniques to report data to multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Understanding of automation tools to identify and implement process or workflow enhancements.
  • Critical thinker who can analyze, identify and resolve discrepancies in records like misapplied payments or unbilled accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project management or systems implementations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
