This role will manage the holistic campaign data & analytics lifecycle from members sent out, through campaign outreach success, and returned disposition information.

We are seeking a dedicated Associate to manage data assets related to CMS Stars Part D clinical campaigns. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Data Asset Management: Oversee and maintain data assets to ensure accuracy and integrity within CMS Stars Part D clinical campaigns.
  • Reporting: Develop ongoing reports to track and evaluate the success of outreach efforts.
  • Analytic Insights: Analyze campaign disposition feedback loops to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 - 5 years of data analysis experience
  • Ability to use appropriate problem solving, research and analysis tools
  • Experience with data asset management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Preferred technologies such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, QlikView, Tableau, Hadoop or similar tools

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$73,400 - $100,100 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
