Allied Global Marketing is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager for African-American Marketing.

The influencer Marketing Manager for African-American Marketing is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the division as well as supporting and participating in the business development process. This role requires leadership, creativity, attention to detail and strategic thinking. A deep understanding of the African-American market, entertainment and the culture, the manager provides strategic counsel and guides the field teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •   Support day-to-day operations, including managing the team and ensuring flawless client work
  •   Develop marketing campaigns and strategies for local, domestic, and global clients
  •   Lead the development and execution of social media influencer marketing campaigns including sourcing, outreach, and contract negotiations.
  •   Serve as account lead for select clients
  •   Organize client campaign kickoff meetings, sets reporting guidelines and works with team members to oversee project budgets
  •   Ensure all reporting is accurate and delivered to clients on time
  •   Participates in ongoing training, team-building and staff development
  •   Help with new business calls/meetings, leads brainstorming and strategy sessions, works across other agency divisions to build multi-layered marketing campaign solutions
  •   Work closely with senior team to expand and grow division


Qualifications:

  •   Minimum of 3-4 years in entertainment marketing, film marketing and/or field marketing preferred
  •   Experience in managing staff
  •   Proven success at developing and executing marketing plans
  •   Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •   Entertainment publicity and marketing experience preferred
  •   Travel may be required


Details:

  • Location: Remote/Hybrid (Flexible)
  • Benefits: This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k, paid parental leave, and Flex PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
  • Salary: The annual salary for this full-time position is $65,000.
