About the Role: 

As the Influencer Marketing Coordinator at OLAPLEX, you will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of our influencer and content marketing initiatives. This role will support content creation for paid media, performance marketing, DTC, retail marketing efforts, and affiliate marketing programs. You will assist with implementing influencer campaigns, track performance metrics, and ensure alignment with our overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Execution & Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including sourcing influencers, contracts, and coordinating deliverables 
  • Partner with the team to ensure influencer-generated content is delivered on time and meets brand standards for paid, organic, and affiliate marketing channels 
  • Maintain regular communication with influencer partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and address any needs or questions 
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing, DTC marketing and retail marketing teams to identify and coordinate with content creators for specific campaigns or organic content needs

Content Coordination & Performance:

  • Support the creation and integration of influencer-generated content for use across multiple channels, including paid media, organic social, and retail campaigns 
  • Track and organize influencer content submissions to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives 
  • Help develop a pipeline of influencer content that can be repurposed across various marketing touchpoints
  • Manage the day-to-day creation of content through paid media and agency partners to be utilized across 360 needs

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing influencer and content performance metrics, including engagement, EMV, CPA, ROAs, and other KPIs as required by DTC and retail counterparts
  • Compile regular reports summarizing campaign performance and key takeaways to optimize future campaigns in partnership with DTC, retail, and paid media teams
  • Maintain and update reporting dashboards and influencer tracking tools

Relationship Management:

  • Support the team in fostering relationships with influencers and digital content creators to promote OLAPLEX’s always-on marketing efforts and product launches
  • Partner with internal teams to help integrate influencer activations into broader marketing initiatives, including paid digital, social media, and retail campaigns
  • Coordinate with agencies and platforms as needed to support the influencer program

About You:  

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital content creation, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication skills
  • Creative thinker with an understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Familiarity with influencer management and analytics tools is a plus but not required
  • Passion for beauty, hair care, and building meaningful partnerships with creators

Our Total Rewards: 

The annual base pay for this position is $68,000 - $78,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
