The Income Tax Manager will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting global income tax compliance and reporting, process improvements, and various initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Manage quarterly and annual global income tax provision calculations and disclosures, including communication with internal teams and external auditors

  • Manage global income tax compliance and documentation of tax positions, including Pillar II reporting

  • Support income tax audits

  • Drive process improvement initiatives

  • Support analysis and documentation of tax implications related to business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and the ability to research tax issues

  • Experience working with tax software, financial reporting tools, and data analytic tools

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent

  • CPA or equivalent

  • 5+ years of related experience

The annual base pay for this position is: $114,655.00 - $171,983.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
