Monarch is seeking an Implementation Consultant who will work within an energetic professional services team for our client, a market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company, and will be responsible for coordinate, lead, and deliver implementation projects for our client’s customers in response to their specific business requirements. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, designing solutions, managing project timelines, providing support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the software. The Implementation Consultant acts as a liaison between the client and internal teams, leveraging their technical expertise and communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions and drive customer satisfaction.

Monarch, a new division of Core10, provides implementation and customer success services for leading financial service CRM and SaaS platforms. The company streamlines the software adoption process for SaaS businesses to onboard customers faster, keep customers longer and generate more revenue. Outside of implementing software solutions, Monarch specializes in building custom connectors between SaaS and CRM products and serves as a key consulting partner to Salesforce. Monarch’s Hereshore® alternative to offshoring keeps tech jobs in mid-sized North American communities.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the clients' customers to accelerate their onboarding process by understanding their purchases, unique business goals, and targeted timelines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and on schedule while identifying bottlenecks and bringing them to leadership's attention.
  • Share best practices for analyzing product usage, delivering in-app guidance, and leveraging the platform.
  • Be operationally oriented and self-driven to complete engagements and keep customers driving towards value in their first 60 days of usage.
  • Create strong customer relationships at varying levels of persona and customer segments, including large Enterprise customers.
  • Create strong internal relationships to drive value and mitigate potential risk.
  • Be an internal advocate for product needs and customer needs.
  • Stay current with all of client’s product releases and GTM strategies.
  • Drive and manage new client implementations as the primary POC from start to finish. This includes providing guidance, assistance, and support to customers from the initial data requirements gathering, technical platform configuration, and all other requirements defined through a customer’s implementation.
  • Provide high value consulting to clients by understanding their business needs, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Analyze existing processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.
  • Contribute to large, complex implementation projects in collaboration with the implementation team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues that may arise during the implementation phase. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and subject matter experts, to execute implementation plans, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Provide knowledge sharing and mentoring to team members and document processes for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are being met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  •  2 years of technology implementation, management consulting, product management, or account management experience
  • 4 years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably with a SaaS B2B company
  • Ability to learn technical concepts, translate them to business solutions, and deliver the result
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer relationships and develop strategies to drive success with new technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Thorough understanding and experience managing of SaaS Implementations 
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results both independently and as part of a team; must be self-motivated to get the job done but also have flexibility and be able to collaborate as a team player.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and knowledge transfer for team growth.

Bonus Points:

  • 1+ years of previous engagement in technology implementation, management consulting, or product management, leading project teams through the project lifecycle.
  • Banking, Fintech, Financial Services, or SaaS experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, x-lookup, pivot tables)
  • Basic front-end development experience (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, etc.)
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM)

The salary for this role is $61,000 - $85,000 per year.
