Join LearnLux as a Human Resource Manager and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our team while shaping the future of workplace financial wellbeing. As a Human Resource Manager, you’ll own key aspects of people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development. You’ll serve as a strategic partner across the organization, ensuring that every employee experience reflects LearnLux’s culture and values.


This role is central to our people strategy, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and championing initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to refine HR processes, drive operational efficiency, and support organizational growth.


This remote role, open to candidates able to work within the US, requires a collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement. If you enjoy working with people, building processes, and have a passion for making a meaningful impact through HR leadership, this role is for you. This role reports into the COO.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Operations Ownership: Define, oversee and enhance HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, compensation and offboarding. Design and implement scalable HR policies, workflows, and tools that support rapid company growth. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards while maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Partner with department leaders to anticipate hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings to leading interviews and negotiating offers. Build scalable recruitment pipelines to support LearnLux’s growth, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and lead initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company mission and values. Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns and supporting their development and success. Implement programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Partner with department leaders to design and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company goals and foster employee satisfaction.
  • HR Strategy and Analytics: Use data and analytics to monitor key HR metrics, identify trends, and guide decision-making. Continuously evaluate and improve HR strategies to align with organizational goals and industry best practices. Serve as a thought leader in HR, driving continuous improvement across all people-related processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with broader organizational objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to managers, providing guidance on team development and employee relations. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance onboarding and foster strong team dynamics.
  • Benefits and Payroll Management: Oversee the seamless administration of employee benefits and payroll processes for both U.S. and international team members, including contractors. Ensure full compliance with local regulations in every region where LearnLux operates, fostering efficiency and adherence to global standards.

You Should Have

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and expertise in HR best practices, compliance, and diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruitment tools, and data analytics to drive hiring success and improve HR processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and colleagues in a fully remote environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences.
