We're seeking a Hubspot Marketing Operations Specialist to take ownership of our customer data strategy, ensuring we deliver targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive engagement, growth, conversion and retention.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform. This pivotal role focuses on database management, data-driven campaign strategies, and lifecycle marketing to drive growth, engagement, and retention

Key Responsibilities:

#1 DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

  • Database Segmentation & Management
    • Ensure HubSpot database hygiene, organization, and segmentation for personalized messaging.
    • Automate data processes (e.g., deduplication, segmentation) using HubSpot workflows.
    • Audit the database regularly to improve accuracy and identify growth opportunities.
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance to refine strategies.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards to track performance.
    • Apply the data-insight-action framework to ensure all decisions are evidence-based.
    • Present actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Database Growth & Lead Generation
    • Develop strategies to capture new leads and build a qualified database.
    • Identify and engage segments with growth potential through targeted campaigns.
    • Stay updated on HubSpot best practices and features to maximize utilization.

#2 CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & ACTIVATION

  • Campaign Management
    • Develop and optimize email and SMS campaigns to engage leads and customers.
    • Create personalized customer journeys aligned with lifecycle stages.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
    • Conduct A/B testing to enhance open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • Content Optimization
    • Provide insights for developing compelling email and SMS content.
    • Working with Front-End developers and designers, design visually engaging, on brand assets (email, landing pages, blogs, etc.) 

Key Success Metrics

The HubSpot Marketing Ops contributions will drive measurable success, reflected in the following key metrics:

  • Database Health – bounce rate, profile completeness percentage
  • Engagement – open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribes
  • Workflow Efficiency – error rate, lead scoring accuracy
  • Event Participation – practice exams attendance and scoring, webinar attendance
  • SMS Lead Activation – opt-ins (promotional & informational), response rate
  • Conversion – consultations booked with our advisor team, trials initiated, and sales completed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, with 2+ years of HubSpot Enterprise experience.
  • Expertise in CRM functionality, lifecycle marketing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot reporting and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulously detail oriented and refined execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Zoom, Zapier, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and email marketing best practices.
  • Ability to create persuasive, engaging copy tailored to different audience segments.
