A day in the life

Prologis is seeking a remote HR Technology Manager to join the HR Technology team.  As an HR Technology Manager specializing in Special Projects at Prologis, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic HR technology initiatives. With a focus on Workday HCM, this role involves creating and implementing technology strategies that enhance HR operations, improve user experience, and drive innovation. You will leverage your project management expertise to oversee special projects, manage end-to-end solutions, and research and troubleshoot system-related issues. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy and Project Execution: Design and execute strategic HR technology initiatives that align with business objectives, optimizing Workday HCM capabilities for enhanced functionality and user experience.
  • Special Projects Oversight: Lead special HR technology projects, including implementation of new tools, process enhancements, and integrations to meet emerging business needs.
  • Research and Troubleshooting: Act as a go-to resource for researching complex issues within Workday HCM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify system requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Data-Driven Enhancements: Leverage data analytics within Workday to provide insights and recommendations, enabling data-driven HR decision-making and improving workforce management.
  • System Optimization: Stay current on Workday updates and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee engagement.
  • AI Assist: Proactively exploring and keeping abreast of AI-driven features and data analytics within Workday HCM, enabling the HR team to make data-driven decisions and improve overall workforce management.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with all regions to implement projects and reporting on a global scale, to drive consistency and efficiencies across all regions in supporting the global Prologis workforce.

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience with HR systems, specifically Workday HCM
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading complex HR technology projects
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on detail and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools within Workday, with advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • High ethical standards, with a commitment to confidentiality and data integrity

Hiring Salary Range of: $126,000 - $173,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
