JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Operational Excellence Specialist will be responsible for working across the Human Resources team for the development and implementation of strategies, tactics, practices, and policies driving the sustainable lean transformation for the end-to-end value streams and the entire functional operation.
Responsibilities:

Project & Program Management: The role involves process improvement initiatives with the following key responsibilities:

Lead the inception and execution of process improvement projects for HR processes (ex: onboarding, leave of absence, termination, etc.)

Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, and resource needs, and establish timelines for processes identified for improvement.

Catalyze change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Regularly reviewing and auditing key HR processes that help to drive the employee experience to identify areas of opportunity.

HR Program Analytics & Consulting: Your tasks will include:

Assist in tracking KPIs for HR operations.

Collecting data from diverse sources and conducting a thorough analysis to interpret and summarize the findings, recognizing trends, and providing valuable insights.

Identifying the root causes of operational challenges and potential areas for improvement.
-
Making recommendations to other departments within HR on how to improve key HR processes.
-
Participates in knowledge base management by generating, reviewing, and approving article content and engaging with stakeholders to address questions and clarifications.

Able to influence across departments to encourage the adoption of ServiceNow and drive improvement in KPIs.

Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3+ years’ work experience in project management and process improvement supporting implementation, enhancements, data analytics.

Consulting, influencing, and analytical capability.
-
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment.
-
Able to facilitate lean culture change in an environment with varying levels of acceptance.
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) product suite.
-
ServiceNow and Workday experience is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$81,000.00 - $144,600.00
Compensation Frequency:
Annual
Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
