Job Responsibilities:
As our HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient personnel management, overseeing recruitment processes, and acting as a trusted point of contact for both managers and employees.
Your Responsibilities:
- Execute various HR-related tasks, including recruitment (candidate relations), onboarding/offboarding and employee relations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and streamlined HR operations.
- Act as a competent contact person for managers, employees, candidates and serve as an employee advocate.
- Collaborate with compensation and benefits team to ensure employee benefits are set up for all employees.
- Work with department heads to define and execute training plans
- Support developing and executing HR policies & procedures
Who we are looking for:
- University degree with a focus on business administration, human resources management, employment law, or related fields.
- Several years of practical HR experience in an international manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- GPHR / SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR information systems such as Workday is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to think strategically and holistically.
