About The Role

As the Head of Technology Partnerships, you will build and champion our strategy and relationships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Independent Software Providers (ISVs) to drive mutual benefit for these Partners, Jasper, and our joint Customers. You will be responsible for transforming our existing relationships into a cohesive strategy to expand mind share, grow revenue, and drive joint innovation. This role will develop and own the full partnering strategy and GTM motions with all Strategic Technology Partners, and promote our technology partner-related activities - from campaigns to strategic opportunities and related events. You will work closely with the partners in this space throughout their sales cycles to make Jasper the trusted partner for delivering generative AI solutions at scale for their enterprise customers. This role will also closely work with our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team to develop a comprehensive strategy for innovation and growth.

This fully remote role reports to the VP of Partnerships and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Build a comprehensive, multi-year plan to grow the footprint of technology partnerships and integrations at Jasper. This plan will include a recruitment strategy, how to scale existing partnerships, a comprehensive GTM plan, and how you will achieve revenue targets through this channel.

  • Collaborate with our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) team to create an integration strategy for both proactive and self-service integrations.

  • Proactively build relationships with external partner stakeholders and push to grow the footprint of these global alliances for our joint customers.

  • Foster connections between Jasper leaders and partner executives to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes for our companies and customers. 

  • Establish clear priorities, joint initiatives, and specific goals for growing pipeline, wins, and revenue.

  • Quantify opportunities and make a compelling business case for investments and integrations with partners.

  • Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue while building a strong co-sell muscle.

  • Work cross-team with marketing, revenue operations, finance, customer success, professional services, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and success.

What you will bring to Jasper

  • 10+ years of experience working in partnerships, enterprise sales, or business development.

  • 5+ years of experience working with Cloud Service Providers and/or Independent Software Providers.

  • Experience designing or building go-to-market models with CSPs and ISV partners.

  • Experience working with direct sales organizations in hyper-growth technology companies.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven track record for the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start-to-finish business strategy.

  • Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem and the implications of GenAI. 

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE offered for this role is $350,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
