As the head of design for Enterprise and TAP Foundations you'll be responsible for a broad portfolio of work which are critical to enabling Atlassian to be Enterprise Grade, Ensure that our existing on prem customers are able to seamlessly transition to the Cloud, and building out platform critical components which enable the TAP organization at Atlassian to be enterprise and cloud ready.
You'll be responsible for a large geographically distributed team spanning the EU, India, and Australia and comprised of full stack designers, design managers, and content designers. in addition to your day to day responsibilities ensure efficient delivery of world class work for the business, you'll also be responsible for shaping the team - it's craft expertise, it's culture, it's ability to effectively communicate and generate followership around both strategic and tactical initiatives.
You'll be expected to be fully capable of presenting to the highest levels of Atlassian leadership, as well as to our ecosystem partners and customers.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $307,800 - $400,000
Zone B: $307,800 - $400,000
Zone C: $307,800 - $400,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
