Build The Next Generation Of Youth Coaching

At tapouts, we're scaling the leading digital youth mental health platform in America. We're seeking an exceptional leader who can build and manage a coaching organization that will touch millions of young lives. This isn't just about managing coaches - it's about creating a scalable system that maintains excellence across thousands of practitioners.

Scale our coaching operations from dozens to thousands of coaches while maintaining our gold standard of care. You'll build the systems, metrics, and culture that enable consistent, high-quality support for youth.

What Success Looks Like

  • Design and implement a coach recruitment engine that can reliably attract top talent
  • Build performance metrics and quality assurance systems that scale
  • Create coaching excellence programs that maintain quality across thousands of practitioners
  • Develop data-driven operations that optimize coach effectiveness and youth outcomes

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Scaling: Design and execute strategies to grow our coaching team
  • Quality Assurance: Build robust systems to monitor and maintain coaching excellence at scale
  • Performance Analytics: Develop metrics and dashboards to track coach performance and youth outcomes
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among coaches

You're Our Ideal Candidate If You Have

  • Experience scaling operations or teams
  • Strong background in performance metrics and quality assurance
  • Track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams
  • Understanding of youth development or mental health services
  • Bachelor's degree required (Psychology, Education, or related field)
  • Master's degree preferred

Note: We work 5 days a week from our tapouts HQ in Venice, CA. 

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years in operations management or team leadership
  • Proven success in scaling service organizations
  • Experience with performance metrics and quality assurance
  • Background working with youth services or education
