The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of B2B Sales to lead our business development and sales efforts in the B2B space. This role will be critical in driving revenue growth by forming and expanding strategic partnerships with virtual care providers, healthcare organizations, physicians, sleep centers, hospitals, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics, and a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. At its core, this role is a fit for someone who resonates with our mission and is eager to drive Sleep Doctor to new heights, giving even more people access to better sleep, home sleep tests, and other sleep oriented products.
What You Get To Do Every Day
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for growth in key B2B segments, focusing on new partner acquisition and maximizing existing client relationships.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, sleep centers, insurance companies, trucking companies and other relevant entities to expand the company's footprint in the sleep diagnostic market.
- Drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all B2B clients and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
What You Bring To The Role
- Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales leadership, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or technology-based solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, sleep centers, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Genuine curiosity about healthcare and sleep conditions.

Compensation Range
$190,000 - $205,000/yr. Note that final compensation is subject to the candidate’s specific qualifications and location, as well as the needs of the company. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus plan. The target bonus opportunity is 15% of the base salary.
The Company currently provides medical, vision, and dental insurance with 100% of the employee medical, vision, and dental premiums covered by the Company. There is an option to participate in both a medical FSA and dependent care FSA. We offer a 401(k) plan, with fully matching contributions up to 3% of salary and 50% matching from 3% to 5% of salary. You will be eligible for Paid Time Off in accordance with the company’s policies. Our Seattle-based employees will receive commuter benefits.
