We are on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Head of Growth who will single-handedly craft & execute innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and conversion.

Your Role:

As the Head of Growth at Picco, you will:

• Craft and Implement Growth Strategies: Develop and execute a multifaceted growth strategy that integrates PLG and B2B tactics to efficiently expand our user base.
• Direct Execution and Ownership: As the singular force behind our growth initiatives, you will personally test, manage, and refine all growth experiments and strategies. Your direct involvement will be crucial from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with our core objectives.
• Analytics-Driven Decision Making: Use comprehensive data analysis to refine and execute growth strategies, ensuring they align with user acquisition, engagement, & conversion KPIs.
• Influence Product Development: Provide essential insights to the product team to guide the development of features that enhance user satisfaction and market fit.
• Leadership Through Action: Without a direct team for the first 18+ months, you will embody both strategic vision and tactical execution, setting a foundation for future growth initiatives and team expansion.

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that effectively incorporate PLG and B2B elements - marketing technology, AI workflows, and B2B communications is a plus. 
• Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve growth metrics.
• Experience in managing the entire growth funnel, from user acquisition through conversion, including hands-on execution of growth initiatives.
• Capacity to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a scrappy, entrepreneurial approach to challenges and opportunities.
