Now Hiring: Growth Marketing Specialist to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. This isn’t a role for managing others or assigning tasks — it’s for someone who thrives on doing the work: launching campaigns, running experiments, digging into analytics, and moving fast. You'll work closely with sales, product, and design to build and execute data-driven strategies and creative experiments that drive real growth.

Location: remote in Europe, LATAM. But just make sure you're available for communication from 8 AM to 11 AM PST.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

  • Craft Strategies: Cook up and roll out killer growth marketing strategies that boost the user base and amp up customer joy.

  • Run Campaigns: Get creative and lead exciting multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, content, email, SEO, and more—perfect for the B2B vibe.

  • Analyze and Optimize: Dive into data, track those important numbers, and unravel insights to keep optimizing.

  • User Insights: Team up to gather feedback and use it to supercharge the customer journey and spot growth hot spots.

  • Experiment Wildly: Be the scientist—run A/B tests, explore new ideas, and ramp up those strategies that really work.

  • Scout the Market: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors to spot opportunities that will keep our customers ahead of the game.

🧑‍🚀 About You:

  • You bring 4+ years of growth marketing know-how in B2B startups.

  • You’re a strategy ninja with a track record of success stories.

  • You know your way around digital marketing tools and love diving into analytics.

  • You think like a data geek and use insights to drive decisions.

  • Startup-minded, flexible, eager to work, and open to experimenting with new tactics.

  • Communication skills in English are top-notch—you make complex stuff easy to understand.

💎 What's on us:

  • You’ll join the coolest community of goal-driven people who love what they do and are ready to change the game with innovative decisions;

  • You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Roman Sevast and Stacy Pavlyshyna, Founders of Awesomic, YC alumni, and Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees;

  • You’ll have unlimited prospects to develop as a professional;

  • You'll benefit from a mental health support program, a work laptop (MacBook), unlimited vacation days, coverage for courses and other learning activities, health insurance, and the ability to work in a hub in Warsaw, Kyiv, or Lisbon.

We'd love to meet our new Growth Marketing Manager soon! 😎
