Position Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Growth Manager, Sports to join our dynamic team at Constructor Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating growth in the sports sector by identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives across the United States. The successful candidate will leverage our innovative products and services to help sports organizations, technology firms, and brands achieve their goals. You will play a key role in defining and executing growth strategies, building lasting relationships, and increasing revenue streams for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the sports industry, including sports organizations, leagues, teams, and media companies in the USA.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Constructor Technology’s footprint within the sports tech market, focusing on solutions that leverage AI, analytics, and digital transformation to enhance sports performance, fan engagement, and business operations.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to spot emerging trends and new opportunities within the sports and technology sectors, particularly in areas such as data analytics, IoT, and AI-driven fan experiences.
  • Build a network of high-value strategic partners in the sports industry, including agencies, sponsors, and tech startups, to unlock cross-promotional opportunities and scale solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Promote and sell Constructor Technology’s products and solutions to sports entities, showcasing the unique value our technology brings to sports performance, fan engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation, to presenting, negotiating, and closing strategic deals.
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals to sports organizations, outlining how our solutions can improve their operations, fan engagement, and bottom line.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by expanding the customer base within the sports sector, driving business growth across multiple verticals.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry, including senior executives, coaches, and business leaders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, offering tailored support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Represent Constructor Technology at industry events, sports conferences, and trade shows, showcasing our capabilities to potential clients and partners.
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with current clients, ensuring they leverage the full suite of Constructor Technology’s offerings and remain satisfied with the results.

Collaboration and Internal Coordination:

  • Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure that our solutions remain aligned with market needs, and to ensure product offerings evolve with emerging trends in the sports industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, content, and outreach strategies that resonate with the sports community.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and business development metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and optimize growth.


Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B sales and business development, ideally within the sports, technology, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the sports industry, including trends in sports technology, fan engagement, and digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of AI, data analytics, and their applications in the sports world, including performance analytics, fan behaviour insights, and business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers, including executives and team leadership.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and strategic partners to drive long-term success.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically to meet clients, attend events, and foster relationships in key markets.
